New aerial connection & check existing ones

Job Description

We have recently moved into a new house and would like an aerial point installing in our lounge (on an outside wall). There are existing connections in 2 other rooms that appear to be f type connections and are unsure if these are adaptable into regular coax connections. We would want freeview tv access in these rooms too. (There is at least one existing aerial on the roof)
